An Association of Combat Veterans from all branches of the United States Armed Forces who ride motorcycles as a hobby. Our mission is to support and defend those who have defended our country and our freedoms.

Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association GA 25-6 Inc works across the Augusta / CSRA (Central Savannah River Area). Our fundamental focus is helping Veteran care organizations provide a warm meal, clean clothing, shelter, technical guidance, or simply to extend a handshake and say "Thank You" and "Welcome Home."

We plan, sponsor, and participate in several charity operations each calendar year. As a clean, non-profit 501(c)(3) structure, 100% of generated fundraising dollars are distributed directly back into active military support fields and verified local community facilities.

The ultimate mission of the CVMA Auxiliary Unit is to create and foster a caring, protective, and highly appreciative community framework for core CVMA Full Members.

The core focus of the CVMA Auxiliary is assisting the primary structural framework in successfully completing its core objective of **"Veterans Helping Veterans"**. This is accomplished by rendering deep moral support and cultivating active, meaningful relational pathways on National, State, and Local administrative levels.

We aim to ensure that individuals who selflessly stepped into danger zones or active deployment theaters to safeguard global freedoms know without exception that they are profoundly respected, valued, and welcome home.

The Genesis of the Association

1999 — The Internet Introduction

The original concept of a "Combat Vets Motorcycle Club" surfaced online. Up until early 2001, global operators were led to believe it was a functional, valid, and fully localized veteran framework.

Early 2001 — Uncovering the Scam

Through tracking verification checks, operators realized the online portal was configured primarily as a network trap to extract membership dollars from combat veterans without returning true community or support actions.

May 1, 2001 — Birth of the True CVMA

Refusing to let the initiative fail, **45 original members** broke completely away from the scam, alerted the global landscape, and formally established the Combat Veterans Association as a structured non-profit. The singular driving focus: genuine veteran assistance via a shared motorcycle hobby.

Historical Fact: The Original 45 Patch

A unique historic patch design was authorized exclusively for the "Original 45" founders who structured the entity. This dynamic organization passionately pursues the singular goal of enabling hundreds of vulnerable veterans and their immediate families to secure housing solutions that fit their needs.

Bright Eyes is a registered non-profit organization that meticulously renovates, restores, and manages affordable housing options in the Central Savannah River Area (CSRA). Their program breathes fresh vitality into aging urban zones while supplying safe, secure, and highly stable living facilities. This allows low-to-moderate income veterans to live in safety, pursue career paths, and stabilize their families.

Membership Requirements

National Standards Verification Metrics

Primary

Full Combat Member

Must be of documented premium good character.
Must be a verified **Veteran of a Foreign War** with validated "combat" exposure elements.
**CRITICAL:** The only acceptable proof for entry validation is a complete copy of the **DD 214**, Official Military Personnel File, or authorized officer/enlisted record brief showing theater metrics.
Must actively own and personally operate a motorcycle configuration powered by an engine displacement of **500cc or greater**.

Support Member

Must be of documented good character parameters.
Must actively own and operate a motorcycle configuration tracking at **500cc or greater**.
Must be a verified Veteran of the United States Armed Forces.
**CAP LOGIC:** Total Support Members are explicitly capped and will never exceed 10% of total active full chapter count.

Auxiliary Member

Must maintain pristine character credentials.
**SPONSOR PROTOCOL:** All candidates must be the direct current spouse, widow, or widower of an active CVMA member in good standing.
An Auxiliary widow/widower cannot choose to sponsor an independent additional candidate.
Must explicitly support the collective goals of all operational components of the United States Armed Forces and the CVMA®.
